Our Return Promise
We want you to love your Allenedmoonds purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or are missing components cannot be accepted for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email our support team at info@allenedmoonds.it.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and a free prepaid shipping label. Cost of Returns
We offer free returns on all orders. There are no restocking fees, and the return shipping is fully covered by us. You will not be charged for sending an item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please accept our sincere apologies. Contact us immediately at info@allenedmoonds.it.com. We will make it right at no cost to you, either by expediting a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team (usually within 1–2 business days of delivery), we will approve the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
